- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Not sure about the reviews regarding bad customer service. I’ve been a member since 1981 (as Twin City Co-Ops Federal Credit Union) and have done business at many different locations and can honestly say I have NEVER had bad customer service at ANY of their branches. Which leads me to question those reviews. As far as fees, they have some of the lowest in the industry, so those comments are also from either inexperienced bank account holders or misinformed banking customers. Don’t take my word for it, do your own research, it’s not difficult and you will learn for yourself that some of the most competitive and lowest fees out there can be found at Spire.By Kaiser Mayhem, July 01, 2017
